Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://solomanlawncare.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Soloman Lawn Care reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Soloman Lawn Care markets and arranges Residential Landscaping, Commercial Landscaping, Lawn Care, Pressure Washing, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Retaining Wall Installation, Paver Patio Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. Soloman Lawn Care (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Soloman Lawn Care may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Soloman Lawn Care does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Soloman Lawn Care's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Soloman Lawn Care from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. NJ law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NJ.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
